Previewing what to expect from from the upcoming 2014 Volvo XC90, Volvo has unleashed their Volvo Concept XC Coupe. It’s a three door, four seat model that offers an updated take on the sports wagon, with key design elements including a floating grille, T-shaped LED elements in the headlights, an incredibly unique rear light shape, 21-inch wheels and skid plates in both the front and rear. Put it all together, and the Volvo Concept XC Coupe looks pretty damn sexy. Paired with its brilliant design, the concept also demonstrates Volvo’s new Scalable Product Architecture (SPA), which is part of Volvo’s effort to completely eliminate any deaths or serious injuries when driving a Volvo by 2020. Intelligent driving features include an auto braking system capable of detecting pedestrians in the dark, the ability to follow the car in front of you autonomously, and steering correction for obstacle avoidance.
