Suzuki Thunder 250 by Inspired 27

The Deus Boundless Enthusiasm Bike Buildoff is currently underway, and with it, a host of awesome custom bikes.  And while we hate playing favorites, you’ve got to love this Suzuki Thunder 250 from Inspired 27, a tribute to the legendary styling of the 40’s Indian Motorcycles.  The design starts with a complete departure from the bike’s original styling, with highlights including a custom frame built from old pipe, a front shock from a FOX downhill model, a custom galvanized gas tank with leather emblem and a custom stainless steel exhaust.  From there, the Suzuki Thunder 250 was bestowed with a wealth of other goodies, including a PWK36 carburetor for added power, a Yamaha XS front disc brake and a CB200 back hub with CR250 Renthal Gear (48-520).  Check out more of Inspired 27’s Suzuki Thunder 250 in the gallery below.
