Going back to their design roots, Porsche has unveiled the 2014 Porsche Targa 4 ($101,600+) and Targa 4S ($116,200) models, with the key Targa style elements borrowed from the original 1965 Porsche 911 Targa.  Both Targa 4 models note a wraparound rear window and a removable front roof section, with the modern difference being the roof opens and closes automatically in a mere 20 seconds (with the roof stowed neatly behind the rear seats when down).  As its name implies, both models come with all-wheel drive configurations, with the 911 Targa 4 noting a 6-cylinder 3.4-liter engine with 350 bhp and 0-60 mph time of 4.6 seconds.  For added power, the Targa 4S makes use of a 3.8-liter 6-cylinder with 400 bhp and a 0-60 mph time of 4.2 seconds.  Top speed on both is faster than you’ll ever go, coming in at about 174 mph and 182 mph, respectively.  Look for both 2014 Porsche 911 Targa 4 models to go on sale this summer.
