The new Polaris Sportsman WV850 H.O. ATV ($15,000) is inspired by the MV850 military vehicle, with its most striking feature being the non-pneumatic TerrainArmor tires it’s sitting on. Other bad-ass qualities you’ll find in the Polaris include a single-speed transmission, steel exoskeleton, 1,500 lb towing capacity, 3,500 lb winch and an 11.75 gallon fuel tank.

ATV’s are inherently bad-ass by nature, but Polaris just upped the ante with the new Polaris Sportsman WV850 H.O. ATV ($15,000).  Inspired by the MV850 military vehicle, the Sportsman WV850’s most striking feature are the non-pneumatic TerrainArmor tires it’s sitting on – tires Polaris says are strong enough to survive a hit from a .50 caliber round and still travel up to 350 miles.  In addition to the end of flat tires as you know them, they’re also said to improve the WV850’s center of gravity and cornering capabilities.  Other bad-ass qualities you’ll find in the Polaris:  a single-speed transmission, steel exoskeleton, 1,500 lb towing capacity, 3,500 lb winch and an 11.75 gallon fuel tank.  The only thing missing is a gargantuan set of balls, which is exactly what you’ll need if you want to push the Sportsman WV850 H.O. to its limits.
