While you may think buying a cookbook written by chefs from London might only be filled with fish and chip recipes, you would be complete wrong and miss out on one of the best barbecue books we’ve seen in a while. The Pitt Cue Co. restaurant has been serving up delicious Southern US-style barbecue and sides in Soho (London’s Soho that is) since 2012, and in their new Pitt Cue Co. Cookbook, the share their recipes for everything from pulled pork shoulder to chipotle & confit garlic slaw and bourbon & coke pudding.
If you don’t buy their book, at least go to their restaurant.
