Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG

Mercedes-Benz is introducing the newest member of its high performance AMG family, and it comes housed in the form of the GLA-Class (a.k.a, Mercedes’ entry-level compact SUV).  Geared directly towards a younger audience, the new beefed up Mercedes GLA45 AMG ($TBA) adds in an additional level of power, with the SUV sporting a 355 hp AMG 2.0-liter turbo engine capable delivering 332 lb-ft of torque, which is enough to help the model reach 60 mph in 4.8 seconds (top speed is set at an electronically limited 155 mph).  Further changes come by way of the styling, with the GLA45 AMG noting sportier exterior style elements and an a more masculine interior, while upgraded braking and suspension components ensure better handling and stopping characteristics than its non-AMG counterpart.  Check out more of the Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG in our photo gallery.
