Jaguar F-Type Coupe

Adding to their F-Type family, Jaguar today has taken the wraps of the new F-Type Coupe, and it looks absolutely gorgeous.  It’s design is one that mimics directly the already gorgeous F-Type Roadster, with the exception of a fixed roof (or optional panoramic roof).  In terms of performance, the Jaguar F-Type Coupe will come in three variants:  the 340 hp V6 Supercharged F-Type ($65,000 base), the 380 hp V6 Supercharged F-Type S ($77,000 base), and the monstrous 550 hp V8 Supercharged F-Type R ($99,000 base).  In the base Jaguar F-Type Coupe expect a 0-6 mph time of 5.1 seconds and a top speed of 161 mph, whereas the top of the line Jaguar F-Type R Coupe hits 60 mph in 4 seconds flat before topping out at 186 mph.  There’s also a host of other handling and braking elements worth noting, including second-gen Electronic Active differential (EAD) and a new Torque Vectoring by braking system on the F-Type R Coupe.
