The Haspel Fall/Winter 2014 collection includes seasonally appropriate variations of many of the brand’s iconic pieces, from the classic seersucker suit, outwear, as well as expanded sportswear and tailored suiting categories. All designed with full bodied fabrics in the warm tonal range perfect for getting our spirits up in the colder months.
“We approach every collection looking to the classic clothing pieces a wealthy American guy would collect from across the world and put them through the filter of restrained American menswear.” said Sam Shipley. “The spring season had a bigger graphical feel and print focus, but for fall we used more small checks and nep yarns to emphasize texture–giving the collection a subtle look from afar, but a uniqueness up close.”
The Haspel family created the original seersucker suit. Because of this they have been patrons to American style and innovation for more than 100 years. They continue to blend every aspect of each individual era into their unique brand that is vested in the present but showcases a century’s worth of design and tradition.
