I’m a sucker for a great India Pale Ale, so it’s not surprising that one of my favorite beers from Epic Brewing is their Hopulent IPA. It’s a big beer with a complex malt flavor and excessive hops, or putting it another way, Hopulent IPA is deliciously over the top with too much of everything (in a good way). Pair the hoppy beer with strongly flavored foods like smoked or grilled meats, sharp cheeses or an overly sweet dessert, then serve it up in a pint, tulip or snifter glass for IPA perfection.
